Manchester City are looking to raid a fellow Premier League club for a midfield star.
The Sky Blues are seemingly eyeing up a move for Chelsea and Croatia star Mateo Kovacic.
The 28-year-old has been vital to the Blues over the years, but may be surplus to requirements given the number of signings made in recent months.
Now The Telegraph states that unless Kovacic signs a new contract in the coming weeks, he will be moved along.
City are now assessing the situation with a view to a summer move.
