Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is already fed-up with VAR after yesterday's 5-0 rout of West Ham.
The system caused delays during City's romp at West Ham and the visiting fans sang “What the f*** is going on?"
Guardiola said: “Maybe the intensity and passion will leave. It is going to change the dynamic — not just for the team but also for the spectators.
“You have to be calm and be strong, this will be a good lesson. Maybe it will be quicker in future."
And Guardiola reckons uncertainty over the VAR system could suck joy out of the game.
He added: “You have to celebrate a goal when it's clear.
“When there are doubts, you can celebrate — but always be focused because maybe it's not regular — and you have to continue and not lose your momentum. This is going to happen many times."
