Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits their Treble hopes hinge on the fitness of Erling Haaland.
City remain alive in the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup.
Guardiola said: "I don't know how they did it in Dortmund, but we look after him 24 hours a day.
"We have fantastic doctors and physiotherapists, and they are ready to help him every second of the day.
"It's hard to understand when you spend a lot of money on a player and then just leave them to themselves - I don't know how you do it in other clubs.
"We have a very demanding match schedule, so you have to look after your players.
"Nutrition, relaxation, sleep and food. We know we have to keep an eye on him because he's so big. The physiotherapists take care of him with massages of the whole body."
