Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has declared Sergio Aguero a "legend" after victory at Burnley.

The striker grabbed the winner – awarded by goal-line technology with the ball 2.95cm over the line – his 20th league goal of the season.

And Guardiola has insisted Aguero had come up with “another important goal" to break Burnley's hour long resistance

The boss said: “The guy is a legend. He does that all the time, scoring important goals.

“He is an incredible player. Every time he does it I am delighted."
