Man City manager Pep Guardiola is set to leave some well-known names at home while he takes his team on the pre-season US tour.

Daily Mail claims that Joe Hart, Wilfried Bony, Eliaquim Mangala, Samir Nasri and Jason Denayer – talent worth £100m- will not travel with the rest of the team to the other side of the Atlantic.

All five players will continue to train with a coach at Etihad.

None of these five names are expected to feature in Guardiola's plans for next season.
