Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is keen to see two of his transfer targets in action this week.
The Daily Star says City will get a close-up view in the Champions League of two players they have been scouting – Lyon midfielders Lucas Tousart and Tanguy Ndombele.
Both are 21 and current France youth internationals, and they have been checked out by all Europe's top clubs, including City and Tottenham.
Ndombele had his Lyon contract extended by 12 months to 2023 to safeguard them against a raid by one of Europe's elite, who would have to pay big money to prise him away.
But Tousart is also regarded as an outstanding prospect and is the type of defensive midfielder City boss Pep Guardiola wanted in the summer.
