Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can count on his support.
Ahead of the derby at Manchester United, Guardiola said he felt for the Norwegian over recent results.
He told VG: "I'm near Solskjaer. I fully understand his position. I'm with him.
"We are alone, we feel alone, and therefore I fully understand how he feels. It's happened to me, it's happened to all managers in the world.
"We'll be ok if we win, if not we are in danger. Whatever happens, it's the reality, we have to accept it. If not, stay home. That's the way it is.
"I understand him well and I feel with him. I support him. Quite frankly."
