Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has revealed top class strikers now need to do much more off the ball.
Guardiola is convinced that a particular kind of striker is needed in the modern game if any top team is to thrive.
"In the big teams you need strikers with big quality who score goals but also fight," he said.
"Today it is finished the striker who will score a goal when the ball comes to them but has a coffee when the opponent has the ball.
"That period is over. Everybody in the big clubs fights and we have to be part of that."
