Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits Sergio Aguero's injury could be serious after victory over Chelsea.

Aguero limped off 13 minutes from the end.

There was better news regarding Rodrigo and David Silva, who also appeared to be carrying knocks when they came off in the second half, but the boss is not expecting the midfield duo to be out for any length of time.

“It doesn't look good for Aguero," he said. “It's muscular.

“The doctor said we will see tomorrow. I've no idea how long he will be out.

“For Rodri and Silva it is more tiredness and cramps.

“Rodri was out for a month and games like today are so demanding, but with determination and suffering in certain moments, we did it."
