Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is wary that things can quickly turn sour in football.
Guardiola, despite his success over the past six years, insists he can't see himself dominating English as Sir Alex Ferguson did in the past with Manchester United.
He said: "I'm not going to be Sir Alex Ferguson, don't worry. The harmony on this team right now, in turn, is exceptional, and that's thanks to the captains.
"We know each other well now. My harmony with them and respect for them is much better after six seasons.
"We know each other inside and out, and we accept the good and bad things. We want to fight and be part of the team here."
