Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is full of praise for the impact of Ruben Dias this season.

Dias has been outstanding for City since arriving in the summer from Benfica.

Guardiola said, "The greatest quality is that he is a central defender who likes to lead others. He makes good decisions on his own, but he also helps others to make good decisions and this is how you become an incredible central defender.

"He doesn't just play with himself or his zone in mind, but also who's on the right and the left. The same goes for midfielders. That's a talent, a skill. He makes his teammates better, something that is very difficult to find in the world of football."
