Pep Guardiola has avoided an FA charge over comments directed at referee Anthony Taylor.

The Manchester City boss said he hoped Taylor would make "good decisions for both sides" before he officiated the recent Manchester derby.

The FA have warned managers not to talk about officials pre-match and they asked Guardiola to explain his comments.

However, the governing body have decided against reprimanding Guardiola.
