Manchester City are set to take a major hold of football in the USA.

The Daily Mail says Disney is set to replace Chelsea with City as their official Premier League partner.

Disney now own ESPN, which is also building their football arm in the 'States.

"It's about putting a footprint in the States, and it's a big footprint, and at the same time building a relationship with ESPN," said a media expert.

"Manchester City would become ESPN's exclusive Premier League partner in the US."
