Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez is a target for money-bags Manchester City.
The Daily Star Sunday says Martinez is regarded as one of the outstanding midfield prospects in Europe and has already been linked with Man United and Liverpool.
He's 20, valued at £10m and played for Spain Under-20s.
