Manchester City and Juventus are chasing Augsburg fullback Abdul Rahman Baba.

Both clubs are in the market for a new left-back - and both are in contact with Augsburg for the young Ghanaian.

Juve are hoping to settle a deal with Augsburg for Baba this week, well aware of competition from City.

City have scouted Baba for the past 12 months and are now weighing up whether to make their interest concrete.

The Premier League giants also have AS Monaco defender Layvin Kurzawa under consideration.
