Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling is confident being fit for their Champions League clash with Real Madrid.
The Telegraph says Sterling believes he can return to fitness for the tie against Real Madrid.
Sterling suffered a hamstring injury against Tottenham last weekend, with Pep Guardiola suggesting he would be out for “weeks".
The 25-year-old himself is confident the number of weeks will be less than three, putting him in contention to face Zinedine Zidane's team in 17 days' time on February 26.
While Sterling's muscle damage will keep him out of Sunday's Premier League game against West Ham, the injury does not have the severity of Harry Kane's ruptured hamstring.
