Man City attacker Bernardo offers himself to Barcelona during directors meeting

Manchester City attacker Bernardo Silva has offered himself to Barcelona.

Mundo Deportivo says agents for the Portugal international have contacted Barca in recent days.

Bernardo is desperate to move to the Nou Camp, where he knows Barca coach Xavi is a big fan, and spoke directly to club officials last Sunday.

Then days later, agent Jorge Mendes made a series of calls to Barca directors, including Mateu Alemany, Rafa Yuste and president Joan Laporta, to make clear Bernardo's hopes.

For the moment, Barca will only move for Bernardo should they sell Frenkie de Jong.
