Bernardo Silva and Diogo Jota both got on the scoresheet as Portugal defeated Azerbaijan on Tuesday.
Manchester City's Silva broke the deadlock after 26 minutes with a stunning finish before Andre Silva made it 2-0 shortly after.
The game was put to bed with 15 minutes remaining when Liverpool forward Jota headed in the third goal.
Portugal's third victory of the World Cup 2022 qualifying campaign puts them top of Group A, two points ahead of Serbia, who drew 1-1 with the Republic of Ireland on Tuesday.
