Man City ace Aguero matches Henry goalscoring record - this no of games sooner

Manchester City ace Sergio Aguero's goalscoring success has been laid bare after a goal in victory at Fulham.

Aguero has reached another milestone, scoring the same number of goals for the Citizens as Arsenal legend Thierry Henry did for the Gunners.

The Argentine hitman has netted 228 times for the Manchester side - but needed 48 games fewer to match the Frenchman's mark.

And City's all-time top scorer therefore notched his 228th goal for the Manchester side, leading the club's legend Eric Brook - who held the mantle for 79 years - by 51 strikes.

The Argentine has now equalled the tally of Gunners legend Henry, who scored the same number of goals for Arsenal in his eight-year spell at the club.

But Aguero needed just 328 games to do so - 48 fewer than the legendary Frenchman.
