Mamadou Sakho was delighted to make his comeback with Liverpool U23s yesterday.
The defender was given a start by Michael Beale for the Under-23s side in their game with Wolfsburg last night.
Sakho lasted the full 90 minutes in the 2-1 defeat, having held talks recently with manager Jurgen Klopp over his future.
