The wife of Ruslan Malinovskyi has responded to Atalanta fans urging the winger not to leave.

Malinovskyi has been linked with Nottingham Forest this week.

Writing on her Instagram story, Roksana Malinovskyi responded to the fans begging her husband not to leave Atalanta this summer.

“Guys your messages break my heart. This is as unexpected for us as it is for you. But nothing has been decided and it doesn't depend on us, please be patient. I cannot keep quiet because you're worried and I don't want this.

“You must know the one thing, I'll never leave you. Bergamo is our home. Life in football is too difficult, though. You never know what to expect. We love you! R&R."
