Malcom says his move to Barcelona is reward for the sacrifices he's made.

Malcom reflected on the hard work and sacrifice that he has had to put in throughout his life to make his many dreams a reality.

"Everything that I did was worth the pain," he admitted to Goal.

"I dreamt about becoming a professional footballer and then my dream was to become champion with my first club and after that I dreamt about playing in Europe.

"Everything that I dreamt about I was able to achieve with a lot of hard work.

"And today, being at Barcelona, with great teammates by my side, is very good.

"Every sacrifice that my family and I made was worth it."
