Malaga are attempting to close a deal for Juventus fullback Marco Motta.
Motta's contract is owned by Udinese and Malaga are haggling over a fee for the right-back.
Juve also want to sign the defender permanently, but are struggling to match the spending power of their Spanish rivals.
Motta would prefer to remain in Turin, though has not completely ruled out moving to Spain.
