Leicester City defender Harry Maguire insists they didn't deserve defeat at Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Maguire felt City should have created more chances with the possession they had in the second half but lamented Jamie Vardy's bad luck after goalkeeper Vicente Guaita pushed his effort onto the post and it rebounded straight back into his arms.
“Everyone is disappointed," Maguire told LCFC TV.
“We have worked tirelessly all week trying to put on a good performance this week and the first 20 minutes we started pretty slow.
“There was not really any tempo from either team. They probably edged the first 20 minutes, but apart from the first 20 minutes I would say we were the better team and in control of the game.
“They then scored when we were playing our best football and in our first spell of pressure. To be fair to the lad it is a great strike, a great finish. We'll look back and we will work hard."
