The Danish defender is recovering from a hamstring injury.
He told Bold: "It goes really well. I actually don't feel the big deal about it. I focus on pushing it – but not too much. I've never had a hamstring injury before, but I've heard that you have to take it easy.
"You have to give yourself plenty of time, but if you feel you can push it a little, then you do.
"But I know I can be back before they say. It's a 10-12 week injury and I'm through week six now and I'm feeling good."
