Macclesfield attacking midfielder Nick Blackman has been trialling at Blackburn Rovers this week.
Former Manchester United youngster Blackman was given his Macclesfield debut by Ince back in 2007.
And the Rovers boss has been running the rule over the eighteen-year-old Bury-born midfielder with a view to a January swoop.
