Lyon have tabled a two-year contract to Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny.
The 33-year-old centre-back has one year remaining on his current contract in North London but Ligue 1 giants Lyon have provided an immediate option.
Lyon have offered Koscielny a two-year deal which he is contemplating, reports Foot Mercato.
In nine years with the Gunners, Koscielny has won two FA Cups, two Community Shields and finished runner-up in last month's Europa League final.
And Arsenal will still demand a fee of around £10million from any potential suitors.
Borussia Dortmund and Fenerbahce are also said to be keen on signing Koscielny, who arrived to the Premier League in 2010 from Lorient.
