Tottenham have been told to put up or shut up if they wish to sign Tanguy Ndombele.
The French midfielder is a wanted man this summer, with the likes of Juventus also interested in his signature.
Spurs were hoping they could conclude a quick deal for Ndombele.
However, Sky Sports indicates that a £63 million fee would be required to complete the move.
The report claims both clubs are engaging in talks, but they are no closer to coming to an agreement.
Lyon signed Ndombele for only £7 million a year ago.
But they are under no pressure to sell, as they are in the Champions League next season.
