Lyon have informed Arsenal they can sign Houssem Aouar - but only for a straight cash deal.

OL rejected an offer from the Gunners a fortnight ago which included Matteo Guendouzi - a proposal confirmed by Lyon sports chief Juninho.

However, they remain open to selling and have told Arsenal they can have Aouar for €60m.

Arsenal are happy with the valuation, but hae asked for time to raise funds to meet OL's valuation.

Lucas Torreira has been put up for sale, while Shkodran Mustafi is in talks with Napoli. Emi Martinez is also expected to sign with Aston Villa today for £20m.
