Lyon ace Dembele proud of Man City double: A game lasts a long time...

Lyon ace Moussa Dembele was proud of his brace in their stunning defeat of Manchester City.

Lyon shocked City 3-1 in last night's Champions League quarterfinal triumph. OL will now meet Bayern Munich in the semis.

Dembele stated at the final whistle: “We knew it was going to be a complicated game against a very big team. When you're on the bench, it's not always easy, and when you get on, you have to bring your stone to the building. After this little break, we came back, we said to ourselves we are going to give everything, we made a promise.

"Every time we are on the field, we try to give 100%. I think the state of mind of the group has changed, it's very good for the future. We're still here, that means we're a great team.

"Obviously, for a player, it's always a small part of sadness not to start, but you have to make sure you stay focused. A match is a long time, and as long as the referee has not whistled, there is always a possibility.

"I tried to add my stone to the building, and help the teammates win today. As I said, we take game by game. It is useless to see yourself too good-looking, too tall, too fast, and we will make sure to be ready for the match against Bayern Munich."
