Chelsea defender David Luiz says the playing squad are completely committed to Maurizio Sarri's tactics.
The Blues eased pressure on their manager with a 2-1 win over Malmo in the Europa League last night.
Losses to Bournemouth, Arsenal and Manchester City have put Sarri's future in doubt, but Luiz says the players want him to stay at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazil defender explained: "Yes, because we have had many meetings already asking if someone doesn't believe, they can say. But nobody said anything. It's because everyone believes (in it).
"Do we believe there is still a good future with this manager? Yes, an amazing future. I have played in big clubs for many, many years. When you win it is good, but when you lose nobody is going to be happy and the pressure is going to be there.
"We are working together and we work for them (the fans). We will try to make them happy and we will do everything we can to try to make them happy."
