Former Manchester United star Louis Saha has advised two global talents to join the club.

Saha wants Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey to sign for the Red Devils this summer.

United could do with a top class striker, while a quality defensive midfielder would also ease the burden on Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes.

If United got Aubameyang, it would be a repeat of the Robin van Persie transfer from 2012.

"Arsenal fans may not like this, but I'd like him to join United, I'd be very happy with that [laughter]. I'm sure Arsenal fans would not take that well, but that's my advice to Auba," Saha told Compare Bet.

On Partey, the Frenchman added: "He's a top player. He's a defensive presence and a tremendous prospect.

"Whether he can make an impact right away remains to be seen, as we have McTominay, Fred and Matic.

"However, we have seen the impact that someone like Fabinho has had on Liverpool. He has mastered that position. Fabinho has improved the players around him.

"This guy is a rock, he defends in such a way that allows the Liverpool frontline to play their game knowing he's protecting the defence.

"Perhaps a Fabinho-like player is already at United, but if not, then we need to find someone, whether that's Thomas Partey or anyone else."
