Lokomotiv Moscow chief Lars Kornetka has offered his opinion on Ralf Rangnick's departure for Manchester United.
Rangnick left Loko as technical director to become caretaker manager at United last month.
Kornetka said: "It would be better, of course, to ask Ralf this question.
"But I will try to explain everything from his point of view. He told me: 'We have received an offer from MU'. For him, working in England was a dream. We are all: players, managers, sports directors, translators - we work in professional football, but we remain human. Each of us has a dream.
"So, Ralf had to make a quick decision: within one, maximum two days. We contacted the club management and said that Rangnick is leaving for Manchester United for six months, but the train continues to move on. We met good people here. Therefore, for our team, Ralf's departure is not a problem."
