LOAN WATCH: Chelsea's Bamford nets brace as MK Dons demolish Stevenage

Chelsea starlet Patrick Bamford scored twice to give MK Dons a resounding 4-1 victory over Stevenage in Milton Keynes on the weekend.

Bamford opened the scoring for the Dons in the 12th minute when he connected with a Shaun Williams free-kick to glance a header off the post into the back of the net.

It didn't take long to add a second goal to the tally when Luke Chadwick played the ball into the six-yard box, where an awaiting Bamford slotted home past helpless Boro keeper Chris Day.

Goals from Dele Alli and Williams rounded off the win however it was Bamford who stole the show as he brought his goal count for the season to an impressive six from nine league outings.
