LOAN WATCH: Chelsea defender Matt Miagza hits first Vitesse goal

Matt Miagza, who is on loan from Chelsea this season, scored his debut Eredivisie goal this weekend.

Miagza, who is playing for Vitesse this season, helped them to their first home victory since August, on Saturday, when they won 2-0 over ADO Den Haag.

Vitesse had a chance to go ahead late in the first half when they were awarded a penalty for a foul in the box, however, it was not converted.

Vitesse then gained an even greater advantage when Tyronne Ebuehi, a defender for ADO Den Haag, was sent off for a second yellow in the 71st minute.

Miazga was finally able to use this advantage in the 87th minute, when he headed home from a corner.

Bryan Linssen then secured the win with a second goal for Vitesse, in the 94th minute, from a fast break.

Miagza took to Instagram to celebrate his goal:

Happy with the win and my first goal in the Eredivise
