Off contract Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant is weighing up his next move.
Everton boss David Moyes is ready to snap him up but Pennant, 26, who was a £6.7million Liverpool signing in the summer of 2006, is concerned about the Kop fans' reaction to such a controversial move.
A pal of the star admitted to the News of the World: "Jermaine wouldn't want to do anything to upset the Liverpool fans who have always been good to him."
Pennant, who was on loan at Pompey last season, is also aware of interest from Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Tottenham, Wigan, Stoke and Hull City.
