Liverpool winger Ryan Kent is determined to force a move away this month.
The Daily Record says Kent will dig his heels in to get a season-long move back to Rangers in order to gain first-team experience.
Kent was apparently due to feature in Liverpool under-23's 3-0 defeat against Chelsea on Monday night, but he was mysteriously not involved.
The Liverpool academy graduate has had several loan spells in recent seasons, but it was at Rangers last season where he really made his name - winning the SFA young player of the year award.
Klopp was open to the idea of letting Kent leave the club, but only if another team matched their £7 million valuation for a permanent switch.
That priced Rangers out of a move as the Reds rebuffed their enquiries about a loan move.
