Liverpool watch sponsor makes strange title drought joke

Liverpool watch sponsor Holler recently brought trouble onto themselves when they made a joke at the expense of the club's long wait for the Premier League title.

The Los Angeles-based watch brand announced a three-year sponsorship deal with the Reds on Tuesday.

However, the same day, after Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford scored a hat-trick for the England U21 side, Holler's Twitter account posted the following tweet with a picture of the striker: "When Arsenal last won the league Marcus Rashford was 6-years old. When Liverpool last won it his Dad (sic) was 10."

The tweet attracted wide criticism from Liverpool supporters and was soon deleted from the account.
