Liverpool have injury concerns for Mohamed Salah.
ESPN says the Reds wanted the Egyptian to stay on Merseyside to have an ankle scan, which may have been aggravated by a tackle from Fernandinho during the first half of Sunday's 3-1 victory over Manchester City.
However Salah has reported for international duty and will be assessed by the Egyptian national team, meaning Liverpool face a nervy wait for a progress report on the ankle knock which has been causing concern since Salah was on the end of what Jurgen Klopp described as a 'dangerous as hell' tackle from Leicester's Hamza Choudhury's during the win over the Foxes in early October.
Egypt are due to hosy Kenya in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Thursday, before an away match against Comoros next Monday.
