Liverpool will have to make a bonus payment to Wolves if they win the Premier League.
The Reds take on Wolves in the final game of the season, as they look to pip Manchester City to the title and keep their quadruple dreams alive.
However, the success will come at a modest financial expense due to the Diogo Jota transfer from Wolves to Liverpool.
Jota signed for £45 million in 2020, and one of the bonuses in the deal involved a significant payment if the club won the Premier League, per the Daily Mail.
However, Wolves will be doing all they can to finish their season on a strong foot, and deny Liverpool a chance to win the title.
The Reds must win against Wolves, and hope Manchester City lose or draw against Aston Villa.
