Liverpool are ready to challenge Manchester United in the race to secure the services of Sofiane Feghouli.

Feghouli's contract with Valencia is set to expire at the end of the current campaign and with the Algerian star showing no intention of signing an extension with Los Che, it is widely expected that he will be leaving the Mestalla this summer.

Premier League giants United were said to be interested in securing the services of the 26-year-old winger but now according to reports from Spanish publication Don Balon, it has been claimed that Liverpool are set to rival the Red Devils in the race to sign Feghouli.
