Liverpool substitute Oxlade-Chamberlain refused to celebrate equaliser against Arsenal

Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had a muted reaction when his team equalised in the dying stages against Arsenal in the Premier League at the weekend.

The Ox has not enjoyed the best of seasons, as he is often relegated to a place on the bench.

The 29-year-old is out of contract and manager Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to push for him to be offered a renewal.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was not too enthused when the Reds equalized against Arsenal to make it 2-2 in the Premier League on Sunday.

Whether his reaction was due to his personal situation or a way of showing respect for Arsenal, his former club, is unclear.
