Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah has spoken of his admiration for Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho.
Salah played for Mourinho at Chelsea earlier in his career. The Egypt international being identified playing in Switzerland with FC Basel before being brought to England by Blues chiefs in 2014.
Salah played two years at Chelsea, where he struggled for regular first team football. However, despite his problems in London, Salah insists Mourinho was good for him at Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho was raised during an interview with AS last week, just after Salah had helped Liverpool to victory over Spurs at Anfield.
The Reds ace said: "I have worked with him before, he is a great coach.
"He has helped the players a lot to be where they are now. He has a very good vision of football and is a good coach."
Salah recognises Mourinho now has Spurs as title contenders, even after Liverpool's victory in midweek.
"I'm sure they are doing a good job. Now they are second in the league, that's what I can say about them," he added.
During those two years at Chelsea, Salah managed just 13 appearances, scoring twice, before he was sold to AS Roma. The Giallorossi making his loan move permanent in 2016 after he had finished the season their Player of the Year and top goalscorer.
