Liverpool striker David Ngog was happy with his penalty in their Europa League victory over Steaua Bucharest.
In the absence of regular taker Steven Gerrard, Liverpool's No.24 calmly slotted home from 12 yards out to make it 2-1 and score his first ever spot-kick in a red shirt.
"I enjoyed taking the penalty and I was happy to take the responsibility," Ngog told Liverpoolfc.tv.
"I have taken a penalty in the past and it was a nice feeling to take my first one for Liverpool.
"Before the game the manager asked who wanted to take a penalty should we get it and I said I would like one."
