Liverpool striker Sadio Mane says their Whatsapp group is maintaining the club's strong team spirit.

Mane has revealed that the team WhatsApp group is playing a huge part in keeping the camaraderie going while players are separated during lockdown.

"We have a very big WhatsApp group with the team, with the staff everything so we always keep in touch every day," said Mane, speaking on the day he releases a new documentary about his rise, Made in Senegal .

And Mane has revealed that the players are now in constant contact with each other, via the app.

"Every minute I can text the group and that sort of thing which is really important to stick together and stay and not miss each other too much," he continues.

"We have a live session as well every week with them and we treat each other well."
