Liverpool striker Liam Millar set for Kilmarnock return

Liverpool striker Liam Millar is set to return to Kilmarnock.

The Daily Express says Liverpool want the Canada international to be playing senior football again this year.

The forward featured for the Reds at the weekend against Bradford City, and, after spending the second half of last season on loan at Kilmarnock, Liverpool are keen for him to return to Rugby Park.

Kilmarnock currently only have one senior striker but any potential move would have to be approved by manager Angelo Alessio.

Alessio was Antonio Conte's No2 at Chelsea.
