Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino has held shock talks with Real Madrid.

The Brazilian is out of contract at the Anfield club, putting his stay at the club at an end.

While Firmino is no longer required at the Reds by boss Jurgen Klopp, he may move to another top side instead.

Per Sport in Spain, Firmino is in talks over a potential move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real may see him as a cut price option to provide some competition for Karim Benzema.

Los Blancos have felt heavily reliant on Benzema at center forward this season.
