Liverpool striker Diogo Jota is out for the remainder of preseason.

The Liverpool Echo says Jota has suffered a reoccurrence of the hamstring injury he suffered at the end of the season while on international duty with Portugal.

It is believed he will miss the remainder of pre-season as he looks to regain his fitness for the start of the campaign.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp confirmed on Friday that Jota is out of the Community Shield against Manchester City at the end of the month.
