Liverpool striker Iago Aspas hopes for a start tomorrow in the FA Cup against Oldham Athletic.

Aspas is a big fan of the competition.

He told liverpoolfc.com: "The FA Cup looks to be a great competition to play in, at least from what I could see looking at it from abroad before I came to England. It is thought of highly here, whereas by comparison, in Spain we don't lend as much importance to the cups.

"It's important to take each game as it comes, starting by being as hungry as possible as we go into the Oldham game."
