Liverpool's U20 side hammered the Qatar U20 team 6-1 in a friendly on Wednesday.
Toni Gomes was the star of the show as the young Reds dominated the Qatari outfit at Kirkby.
The Portugal youth international,17, scored a hat-trick for Michael Beale's side while Cameron Brannagan, Adam Phillips and Okera Simmonds also found the back of the net.
Beale told Liverpoolfc.com: "It was an excellent performance from the lads against the Qatar national team.
"We were at under-20 level and it was great to see lads get some valuable minutes under their belt.
"Joe Maguire was outstanding at left wing-back, Cameron Brannagan dominated the midfield with Matty Virtue, and Toni Gomes was in great form in attack."
